Deliveries & Returns

We use Royal Mail signed for services for UK parcel’s. DHL express and Royal Mail options for overseas. Please note this is not a step by step tracking service it will only say when a delivery has been signed for.

Order’s placed BEFORE 930am will be sent the same day. Any placed after 930am automatically roll over to the next working day.

We are open for dispatch Monday to Friday. If you order after 930am on a Friday this will not be sent until the following Monday.

1st Class Guideline – 1 -2 working day’s FROM the following day of a dispatch email.  Email of dispatch will be sent once dispatched.

2nd Class Guideline – 2 -3 working day’s FROM the following day of dispatch. Email will be sent once dispatched.

Special next day (to be sent the same day) – Must be before 930am, if after 930am this will roll over to be dispatched the next day. Please note this is only MONDAY to FRIDAY.

Overseas – If using Express 1-2 working day’s from dispatch.

Tracked and signed overseas – Allow up to 11 working day’s.

All Emia order’s are sent signed for. You will need to sign for this parcel.

We can provide a tracking number should the above time frame’s  pass. However this service does not provide step by step detail’s it will only state when it is delivered or if royal mail tried to deliver and your item is at your local post office.

In the rare event that Royal Mail lose an item/parcel, Emia can claim for the order after 10 working day’s. Royal mail aim to deal with lost claim’s within 30 day’s at this time.

International order’s will see Royal Mail deliver to destined country before said country’s own courier takes over. We do not offer special next day’s to oversea’s. Please allow 10-14 working day’s for your order to arrive.

Cancellation’s return’s and Policies

Any item’s can be returned if unopened & unused within 14 day’s from the day of delivery.

Any alternate issues with order’s you receive, we have in place something that cover’s both you and Emia. A record of what is sent is kept at HQ and on the front of your parcel.  A simple screen shot of this should be added to any email’s sent.
